You learn something new everyday. Although not fascinated by a long shot, I was cringing as I read more into the MSG ‘flavor enhancer’, ‘natural flavoring’, and anything ending in “acid” that’s dumped into a lot of beverages and when I thoroughly read the list, I did some MAJOR cleaning out of my fridge and quit consuming and wasting my money on pre-made bottled tea.
And I was impressed that in my first week of stamping out MSG in most of the things I consumed, the pounds began to melt faster and have stayed off.
So, where’s the list? Here it is.

Looks like I’ll be scouting for a table salt that doesn’t contain any dextrose. I had my suspicions about this sneaky ingredient and now that I know what it is, I’ll reserve my table salt for salting the sidewalk when winter comes. Unfortunately, I do use distilled white vinegar for pickling and canning. As far as the Balsamic vinegar goes, that can go bye-bye. It was no wonders why I was still suffering migraines after I ate and drank pre-processed junk and this list has been my life saver because who wants to go around feeling miserable all of the time if they don’t have to? Not me.
So what is there left to eat and drink?
Natural whole foods, fresh produce, fruit and nuts and maybe a trip to a health food store rather than the common grocery store. And another thing that will be fazed out of my pantry will be butter and dry milk products since I see its on the list. And butter since I now know it contains milk especially.
I’m also writing this on the heels that most food companies don’t have to list any ingredients containing GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms), either… which is bad for many that want to remain healthy and try to eat well as humanly possible. And they claim, “Oh, but GMO’s aren’t bad for you,”
Yeah, right… anything man made cooked up in a lab all in the name of either science or to play god and mess with the food chain is something to get very upset over. I, for one, am against GMO’s but do have to deal with them and hybrid plants and veggies every summer. I believe this also depletes any nutritional value the veggies and/ or fruits may have had going for them.
